Just yesterday, we told you about the upcoming twist on the 2007 Ford Mustang: the Ford Shelby GT. Ford has now released what this new Ford Mustang looks like and advises that this 4.6 liter, 325 horsepower pony car will fit a nice niche between the Mustang GT and the Ford Shelby GT500.
“We know the combination of Mustang and Shelby is magic, and we proved it again when we revealed the Ford Shelby GT-H. The car received such rave reviews that our dealers and customers asked for a version of their own,” Fields explained. “We listened, and we’re delivering.”
The Ford Shelby GT will be available for purchase in January 2007 and Ford has promised complete product details this Sunday, via its “Bold Moves: The Future of Ford” web-based documentary.
