The Mustang bloodline continues to diversify, thanks to the partnership between Shelby Automobiles, Inc. and West Coast Customs. One Shelby Automobiles version of the 2006 Mustang, the CS 6, will have a Paxton Novi-1200 supercharger force-feeding the V6 beneath the hood. When released, the CS 6 is expected to have 350+ horsepower. V8 owners will soon think twice before assuming they are next to "just another sixer". |

Today, in Scottsdale, AZ, children of all ages will benefit from the auction of buying rights to the most powerful production Mustang in history. One kid at heart achieved the right to buy the new GT500 today from Ford through the Barrett-Jackson auction house for the bargain price of $648,000 ($600K final sale + $48K purchase price). Other kids will receive proceeds from the auction via the Carroll Shelby Children's Foundation (CSCF). These proceeds will provide acute care for children with cardiac and renal complications, as well as assist those in need of organ and tissue transplants. |

Classic Design Concepts has released a cool new decklid trim panel for 2005 - 2006 Mustangs. If it looks familiar, it should; it's very reminiscient of the optional trim panel available for '67-'68 'Stangs. You can leave it flat black (this gets my vote) or paint it to match. You can also choose from various badging options (4.6, GT, etc) if you're into flaunting what you've got.
