Magnuson Products has a fantastic forced induction setup for the late model (S197) Ford Mustang. The Magna Charger is a supercharger setup specifically designed for the 4.6 liter 3-valve Ford V8 engine, available in both intercooled and non-intercooled forms. It utilizes the Magna Charger 5th Generation MP112 roots style supercharger with an internal bypass valve. When running the intercooled setup, gains have been recorded from 125+ horsepower!

The Magna Charger systems are sold in the StangNet store as complete setups, with everything required for installation from the intercooler to upgraded fuel injectors. Also, an included computer programmer updates the factory ECU to properly calibrate the engine to handle the supercharger system. Transmission shift points, line pressure metrics, and converter strategies are painstakingly optimized to provide the most gain in automatic transmission equipped vehicles.
