The black-gold colored Obsidian CoupeR didn't make it to the showroom floor inside SEMA, but certainly proved that too much is not enough while on exhibit outdoors. Poised just outside the main doors to the exhibition hall with no other cars around, the CoupeR made its mark and did it well with its 900hp, twin-supercharged engine and extremely aggressive custom appliqué. This 1967 Ford Mustang drew in the crowd by emitting notable style and function. Before one gets tired of looking at the outside styling of the car, some contemporary convenience makes quite an impact on the inside. Crafted leather seats, a sport steering wheel, and last but not least, an embedded 2.4 Ghz computer with a 60 gigabyte hard drive and a 10.5 touchscreen interface on the dash. "Unreal..." some might say; the people at CoupeR Design have made it a reality.
